Healthy pyramid - Eating healthy foods
Food pyramid is a pyramid healthy food divided into 6 different sections showing the importance of each section, showing that the food is more important and which one is dangerous if taken in large quantities.
The parts of the healthy pyramid :
The top of the healthy pyramid, which covers the small area of the pyramid contains fat, sugar and salt foods that are dangerous to health, so they are presented in this small area than the council all these foods in small amounts, can cause obesity and other heart related problems.
The second part of the healthy pyramid shows the best oils and fats that are necessary, but only in small quantities. The four remaining parts of the healthy pyramid contains foods and beverages that are useful to improve basic health and fitness.
Healthy pyramid includes bread, milk, fish, fruits, vegetables, grains, meat, eggs, cheese, etc.
